Testing and inspection
To ensure that your electrical circuits are working correctly, and are safe for use before being energised, we offer comprehensive electrical testing and inspection. At Elektra we carry out all testing in line with BS7671, IET guidance note 3 & NICEIC requirements.
We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) at a competitive rate, which is an essential safety service recommended to be done every 10 years, in some cases, also a prerequisite by many insurance companies. The purpose of an EICR at your home is to establish whether the electrical installations are maintained to a satisfactory level for continued use. Our team can also offer Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), used to examine electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
We further offer Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), and Fire alarm and Emergency Lighting reports, servicing & certification
